President: Main liaison between club and advisor. In charge of all officer meetings and club meetings. May be called upon to make executive decisions if necessary.
Vice- President: Stands in for the President if they are not present. Assists the President and officers with club needs. In charge of Marketing/Social Media for the Club.
Secretary: Records all meetings in a google file entitled: “HS Drama Club Minutes (date)” Responsible for attendance taking at all club meetings. Sends out correspondence to the club on behalf of the officers.
Treasurer: Responsible for keeping the club funds balance. Makes motions for spending approval by the club. Discusses all purchases/reimbursements with Club Advisor and officers. Completes and signs paperwork for payments to be processed. Counts money collected and makes deposits.
Sergeant at arms: Responsible for keeping order at all club meetings. Establishes club meeting norms and expectations. Establishes club rehearsal norms and expectations. Enforces rules and expectations of all members.
Executive Board: Supports and assists the officers in the decision-making process. Helps to lead the group.
**Any student, who runs, that is not successful in being placed in an officer position will be invited to join the Executive Board.
