Hello Everyone!
We are almost one week away from Opening Night!
This Friday from 6:30-10:00pm will be set construction and painting on the stage at High School West. Please come help out in any way you can!
If you have been asked to bring in make up or costume pieces, please do so this week, by Friday at the latest.
Reminder that Bios are due by today through the website here: http://www.shendramaclub.com/almost-maine-bios.html
T-Shirts will be distributed this Friday at rehearsal. If you ordered one and have not yet paid, please turn in your money ASAP.
This Friday will be the final day to submit an Advertisement or Shout Out in the program. An ad or shoutout is required to have your bio printed in the program.

The remainder of the rehearsal schedule is posted under the weekly schedule on the website and was also distributed in hard copy last week. Just a reminder that it is not acceptable to miss any rehearsals between December 1st and December 10th as we have technical and dress rehearsals and performances that are all mandatory!
**Please consider donating items to our concession stand. This is a great fundraiser for the club and we would not be successful without your wonderful, generous contributions.

Good Morning!
THANK YOU to all who came to help on Saturday!! We got a lot done and your contributions are very much appreciated!!!
A few important reminders and some new information:
Reminders:
SET BUILDING:
We had a lot of great help on Saturday, but there is still some work to be done to complete our set for the show. We will be working on Friday, December 1st from 6:30-10:00pm. It’s important that we get everything done this night as we will have our double tech the next day. We ask that people who were not able to attend on Saturday, please come to help. Also, if you were there Saturday and can come again, it would be appreciated. We have some building and painting to finish.
ADVERTISING THE SHOW AT SCHOOL:
I have sent the information to the district website and the electronic signs. I also purchased lawn signs (to be put up around entrances) and large banners that will be hung at each high school.
SOCIAL MEDIA:
I’m looking for someone to help advertise the show on social media platforms. This is not a well-known classic and we would love to see full audiences enjoy the hard work all of the students are putting in. We need to get the word out in any way possible.
Please let me know if you are interested in helping with this and I can get you any info or pictures you may need. Students can definitely take the lead on this!

- Darlene Anderson will be running our concession stand (Thank you, Darlene!). I will be sending something out on her behalf in the near future. We would really appreciate donations of items to sell, such as: baked goods (individually wrapped), Candy bars, bags of chips, soda, bottles of water, etc.
- All emails that I send are also included on the website, just click “NEWS” to read my latest correspondence.

We are less than 3 weeks away from opening night of Almost, Maine and there are a lot of things that need to be done and many jobs to fill! The students in the cast and crew have been very hard at work to prepare for our performances and I applaud their efforts! Several adults have been very helpful in getting us organized in various departments. I would like to thank Susan Skinner & Darlene Anderson (Food ), Steve Skinner (Set Construction), & Moira Poniatowski (Costumes) for their wonderful expertise! Please remember that we ask each club member to contribute 8 hours of service to the club. This can be done by the club member and/or a family member. See directly below for tomorrow’s activities and further below for important links. TICKETS will be available for purchase starting at 12pm on Saturday, November 18th. All seats are general admission and $10 each. You may see Mr. Lotano and in the lobby to purchase between 12pm-1pm. Feel free to email me with any questions or concerns: [email protected]
