​Hello All, Thanks for your support so far and for all you are doing to help make our upcoming performances great!
 

• The weekly schedule has been updated through Novemeber 15th.  http://www.shendrama.com/weekly-schedule.html   Please note that there can be no conflicts between Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 15 (Tech/Performance Week) as per the signed contract on the CAST/CREW Forms.  

 

• Posters are now available in the HSW Auditorium.    T-Shirt orders were due last week, please bring in payment of $17/shirt to Kara Manning (Treasurer) by this Friday, November 6.

 

• We are seeking volunteers to assist with box office, concessions and 50/50 raffles.  Please click on the following link to sign up to help.  We need 8 volunteers for each performance.   http://www.signupgenius.com/go/70a094aafa82aa02-volunteer   Thank you for any amount of time you have to help!

 

• We would love donations of food/drinks to sell at the concession stand.  Bottled water, cans of soda, juice boxes, bags of chips, candy, individually wrapped baked goods, etc. would all be appreciated.   These would be separate from previously requested contributions toward club meals.  Items may be dropped off to HSW at any rehearsal leading up to the shows. Thanks for your generosity and support!

 

• The HS Drama Club will be presenting a Musical Showcase on Saturday, January 9th in the High School West Auditorium at 7:00pm. This is an annual fundraiser that allows club members and alumni an opportunity to perform solos and group numbers in an entertaining evening.   Look on the website for more info to come soon regarding sign-ups for the students to perform and rehearsal information.  We welcome any and all donations of Gift Certificates, Baskets, etc. for us to raffle.  There will be an informational meeting for students on Saturday, November 21st at 12pm in the HSW Auditorium. 

 
FOOD DRIVE INFORMATION:
Tess Snyder (Drama Club Sound Manager) is sponsoring a food drive, through the HS Drama Club, to benefit the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. This will run through all performances of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Club members are encouraged to bring donations of non perishable canned or boxed goods to our double tech rehearsal. Please also ask family and friends who may be attending the shows to consider making a donation of food as well. Food donations will be accepted in the lobby outside the auditorium

I just wanted to send out a quick message with some reminders and new info.

• Ad forms are due by next Friday, October 16.  Please get these in as soon as possible to Mr. Lotano!  We haver received very few ads and we need at least one from every member.  Please access ad forms here: http://www.shendrama.com/uploads/8/2/1/1/8211476/shen_drama_2015_ad.pdf   
  (Please note that the back cover is no longer available)  Ads can be emailed to [email protected].  You can email shout outs as well.  Ads can be pictures and messages to cast and crew members, not just business advertisements.  
• BIOS may now be submitted through the website.  Every club member will have a bio printed in the playbill if they have submitted an ad.  The link to submit your bio is on the home page.  These are due by Friday, October 23.  www.shendrama.com. 
• We are in need of people who are good at sewing and willing to help us build costumes for the show. Please email me back here to let me know of your skills and interest. 
• Please always check the weekly schedule on the website for an up-to-date schedule.
• SCENES NIGHTS will be Thursday and Friday, October 29 and 30 at 7:00pm in the HSW Auditorium.  This is a fundraiser for the club and General Admission is $5 at the door.  We have a great selection of scenes to be performed by some fantastic actors!  All club members are expected to be at Scenes nights unless a conflict has been previously noted. 
• Our next Set Building day will be Saturday, October 17 at 9am on the HSW Stage

Hello Everyone!
Tomorrow (Thursday) there will be a read through of  A Midsummer Night's Dream at 3:00pm in the HSW Auditorium.  We will end at 4:30pm tomorrow.  This is mandatory for all cast members, crew is invited. 

There will be a brief meeting for parents and students this Saturday, September 19th at 10:00am in the HSW Cafe.  Please attend so you can get necessary information and also sign up for club hours and ask questions.  Set building will not be held on the 19th. 

*NOTE: The overall calendar that was on the audition/interview form is not a detailed schedule.  Always check the weekly schedule on the website for updates on the rehearsal schedule and to see when you are called.
