FOOD DRIVE INFORMATION:
Tess Snyder (Drama Club Sound Manager) is sponsoring a food drive, through the HS Drama Club, to benefit the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. This will run through all performances of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Club members are encouraged to bring donations of non perishable canned or boxed goods to our double tech rehearsal. Please also ask family and friends who may be attending the shows to consider making a donation of food as well. Food donations will be accepted in the lobby outside the auditorium
- The weekly schedule has been updated through Novemeber 15th. http://www.shendrama.com/weekly-schedule.html Please note that there can be no conflicts between Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 15 (Tech/Performance Week) as per the signed contract on the CAST/CREW Forms.
- Posters are now available in the HSW Auditorium. T-Shirt orders were due last week, please bring in payment of $17/shirt to Kara Manning (Treasurer) by this Friday, November 6.

- We would love donations of food/drinks to sell at the concession stand. Bottled water, cans of soda, juice boxes, bags of chips, candy, individually wrapped baked goods, etc. would all be appreciated. These would be separate from previously requested contributions toward club meals. Items may be dropped off to HSW at any rehearsal leading up to the shows. Thanks for your generosity and support!
- The HS Drama Club will be presenting a Musical Showcase on Saturday, January 9th in the High School West Auditorium at 7:00pm. This is an annual fundraiser that allows club members and alumni an opportunity to perform solos and group numbers in an entertaining evening. Look on the website for more info to come soon regarding sign-ups for the students to perform and rehearsal information. We welcome any and all donations of Gift Certificates, Baskets, etc. for us to raffle. There will be an informational meeting for students on Saturday, November 21st at 12pm in the HSW Auditorium.
